Registered office services

A registered office is a legal requirement for all limited companies but for a variety of reasons you may not want your address to be found directly at Companies House.

We offer a registered office address service, whereby you will use our address for your limited company for statutory purposes. We will then send on all official mail directly to you, covering Companies House, HMRC, Government Gateway, Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) and any court documents.

We will not as a rule handle general business mail for you and your trading address should be used where appropriate to ensure that your mail is delivered. We can offer this separately if this is something you are interested in.
