Things we need for your accounts

We will do our best to compile a set of accounts from the information that you provide for us, but the main items that we need to pull things together for you would be:

  • Bank account transactions - a csv download of your bank account works well, as does a feed to some online software

  • Invoices - we will mainly need to see unusual or large items to make sure that anything out of the ordinary has been accounted for properly

  • VAT returns and details - unless of course we do these for you!

  • Payroll information - the same applies

That should be a decent starting point. There is no need to spend ages wondering what to send us, the main thing is to talk to us and get us enough to make a start as soon after your year end as you can!
